1. Girls day celebration programme

Girl Child Day celebration was conducted on 30.9.2018 by Jeevandhara Samaj Kalyan Sanstha, JSKS at Jathwada Village. 250 adolescent girls took an active part in the programme from different villages of the project area. Guests of honor were

a. Mr. Ganesh Sharma (Gust of honor),
b. Mrs. Bharti Trivedi (Advocate of Rajasthan High Court),
c. Mr. Buddhi Prakash (Advocate of Rajasthan High Court),
d. Mr. Ramkishan Meena (Sarpanch of Jadwa Panchayat),
e. Mrs. Shila Shaini ( Member of Panchayat Samiti) ,
f. Mr.Iishwar Lalsani ( Leaders of women Rights and R.T.I),
g. Mrs. Bhagwati Sharma ( Leader of women of child Welfare)

Mr. Rajendra Sharma, Project coordinator invited the guests for the lighting of the lamp, followed by the welcome speech and addressing the girls on the rights and equal opportunity. In his speech Mr. Ganesh Sharma insisted on protecting the life of girl child at the time of birth and to respect them as equal to the boys. He also emphasized on girls education as today girls are no less than boys.

Girls took active part in different competitions like Poster Making and Mehandi Design. 5 girls each took part in the ‘Poster Making’ and ‘Mehandi Design’ competition showing their talents. Girls also performed the talents through dance and speeches on girl Child safety

Girls took active part in different competitions like Poster Making and Mehandi Design. 5 girls each took part in the ‘Poster Making’ and ‘Mehandi Design’ competition showing their talents. Girls also performed the talents through dance and speeches on girl Child safety.

Girls form different centers of skill development on Computer and Tailoring were given certificate for the successfully completing the courses to stand on the feet and to learn for the future.

2. Kishori health camp

The Kishori health camp was conducted on 10th august at government senior secondary school in Badwa Village. Sakhi project coordinator of JSKS conducted a free blood test programed among the adolescent’s

girls. Total participation of adolescent’s girls was 97 and out of 97 tested the blood test. The test revealed that 10 adolescents girls suffering from anemia. Out of 97 adolescents girls were distribute them iron tablets and sanitary pads. Some of them adolescent’s girls sharing their personal problems with the ANM The ANM told them about the identification of problems and its solution through proper treatment.

Output-

  • 97 Adolescent girls were got Benefits free Anemia Check- up, Iron Syrup, Sanitary Pad.

3. Training on English Grammar course:

Training on English grammer course was conducted on the month of august with adolescence girls and boys. Total participated in this course were 45. In this course addressed by instactior them Tense, voice, verb.

4. Point of Use (POU) on Safe drinking water at community level:

This programme was conducted on September 2018 Under the Sakhi project of 10 target villages. The main purpose of the program was to test the drinking water. In the test the finding was that the Point of Source was tested positive in some places and Point of Use was negative. On the other hand in some places the Point of Source was negative and the point of use was tested positive. And in the places found that the point of Source was negative, in those places the community members are trying to clean the sources like water tank, hand pumps.
