Our priorities include woman empowerment and over all upliftment of poor and down trodden in the operational areas. The formation of groups among the woman have been our most effective tool in bringing the changes in various fields of life in the villages .Every groups has a fixed amount of saving and loans that are given to the needy member of the group at a very low rate of interest. They come together for meeting and monetary transactions every month. During such meeting they also discuss the problems and issues that affect them and others in the villages.
To get maximum benefits, the groups have been federated as community based organizations (CBO). THE CBOs together with people in the villages start identifying the social issues like child marriage, child labour, dowry system, alcoholism, superstition, gender inequalities etc. and work together for the eradication of all these social evils.
