I’m Urmila Devi, wife of Kailash from Dantli village. I have two children, my family financial situation was very difficult. My husband works for daily wages, and our income was barely enough to meet daily needs. I learned about Jeevandhara Samaj Kalyan Sanstha, and their project Prerna which offered skill trainings and awareness program for women Through the project I learned tailoring took loan from my Self Help Group {SHG group}, and bought a sewing machine. Now, I started stitch the clothes for women in nearby areas and earn money to improve our livelihood.
