respectively. This two days of workshop were conducted in Jeevandhara Samaj Kalyan Sanstha, Lalsot road, Dausa. The resource person was Mr. Harsh Sharma (facilitator). A Total participated was 16 members of JSKS. The workshop started with a nice prayer song, inaugurated the five members of JSKS and resource person and small introduction by Director of JSKS Fr. Kishore and every members of JSKS given a small introduction.
After that Mr. Harsh Sharma took over the programme where he explained about proposal making, how much important for everyone should making a project proposal especially who doing work in NGO sector. He taught us many important things such as identification of beneficiaries, challenges, duration of the project, targets/ team size, budgeting, sustainability etc. He also taught us how to do exit plan, when we making a project and also explained exit plan that is important for sustainability and it is most important for project. After that talk about the Donor, organization, why this needed, methodology, relevant experience, flowcharts etc. In between the workshop resource person command that each project of group’s members sited together, each groups shared facing problems during their activities under the project. Second day of workshop Mr. Harsh Sharma taught us impact assessment and given some activities.
