An awareness programme on puberty changes and life skills was held in the Nimla panchayat on 29th of September 2019.The programme was started with a prayer song and followed by an introduction session which was given by Pahal Project coordinator Ms. Nilakshi, The participatory methodology was used in the training programme to bring more clarity among the Participants.

The resource person were Mrs. Sarita and her team from Parivar Seva Sanstha, Jaipur and Mr. Shivcharan Sharma from Jeevandhara Samaj Kalyan Sanstha, Dausa. Total participant of the training programme were 55 girls from 4 different villages i.e. Bassi, Ghati, Nabhawala and Ramyanwala.
Invited resource person Mr. Shivcharan Sharma started the session with introduction of the programme and its importance. He said about the life skills which girls should know in their daily life and importance for adaptive and positive behavior and promote career skills and healthy life style. He explained about critical and creative thinking, effective communication, and healthy relationship with friends, teachers and family members.
After that resource person Mrs. Sarita started her session with the topic Physical changes and hormonal changes. She explained in a simple way about the external and internal changes in our body during the time of puberty change so that girls can understand it easily.
