My name is Suman Devi, wife of Raju Lal. I am a house wife with children. We come from a poor family and my husband is unemployed.Wihtout any income, I struggled to provide for our household and educate my children. I got an opportunity to join the prerna project, initiated by Jeevandhara Samaj Kalyan Sanstha in Bhawni.I became the member of SHG group. Through prerna project I received training in cot making. I successfully learned this skill and now earn between Rs.2000 and Rs.2800per month. This newfound independence has allowed me to raise my children well and send them to good schools and colleges. I am immensely grateful to Jeevandhara Samaj Kalyan Sanstha and the prerna project for transforming my life.
