Shakti Project is working in 19 villages of Jamwa Ramgarh Block under Jaipur District of Rajasthan. The primary concern is to bring about an integrated development of adolescent girls and women through socio-economic and political empowerment.

During the last two years, Shakti project has brought lot of changes in the lives of people in the target areas. It has helped the women to know about their rights and demand them from the concerned government departments. The project also has made significant changes through Self Help formation and Pashu Sakhi’s who are able to increase their monthly income through various activities of the project.
Jeevandhara is grateful to Manos Unidas for the great contribution made towards upliftment of the most vulnerable group; the landless and marginalized women, children (0-6 years) and adolescent girls.
